Chief Kenneth J. Reid (RET)

Chief Reid’s professional career was in the Criminal Justice field as well as Private and Corporate Security. He served as a member of the Clinton, CT Police Department, Chief of Police in the Town of Chester, CT, a K-9 Narcotics Handler, Community Service Officer for the Old Saybrook Police Department and as Vice Chairman for the Old Saybrook Police Commission. He also served as Director of Security at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital. He was Trustee for the Old Saybrook Historical Society, Member of the Elks club and a member of the Antique Police Vehicle Association. Chief Reid was a lifelong collector of Law Enforcement Memorabilia.
