Martin had been working undercover with Deputy Luke Holt, 31, when the sport-utility vehicle Holt was driving apparently hydroplaned on the wet pavement, hit a culvert and flipped. Holt who has been with the office since 2001 was in serous condition when taken to Grant Medical Center.
