Lieutenant Josip Peperni, 57, passed away on 11/16/21 at Middlesex Hospital due to Covid. He is survived by his Katie (Yuille) Peperni, Josip enjoyed a fulfilling career as a police officer with the Norwich, CT Police Department. In addition to his loving wife of nine years, he is survived by his children, Nikita Pepern and Dakota Peperni and his wife Stephanie of Salem, CT and Kayla Marie Yuille Donations in Josip’s honor can be made to the Police Benevolent Association. Sergeant Dominic Guido of the Bunnell Police Department died in the line-of-duty on on 11/9/21. Guida died following a cardiac event during an Emergency Response Team training. “Sergeant Guida served with FCSO for many years including as a K-9 Deputy before leaving law enforcement, later returning to his law enforcement calling with the Bunnell Police Department. Guida worked with the Flagler Sheriff’s Office as a K-9 deputy before leaving law enforcement and eventually returning with the Bunnell Police Department.
