Lt. Robert Wayne Lynn

Lt. Robert Lynn, 53, passed away March 6. Lt. Lynn served his community for 20 years before retiring in 2012. He began his service as a member of the Oklahoma National Guard and was deployed during Operation Desert Storm. Lynn then continued his service at the Duncan Police Department. During his time there, he rose to the rank of Lieutenant, was a member of the department’s first Special Response Team, was a CLEET firearms instructor and was also a K-9 handler for many years. Lt Lynn leaves behind his wife Anita and children Ashton, Dustin, Jonathan and Madison. Memorial contributions can be made to assist with replacing the Duncan police dogs.

We have the expertise to assist any law enforcement agency in establishing a canine unit, canine policy, and canine unit procedures. We can provide assistance in handler and canine selection, and can assist your agency locate a credible training program.
